However I have just realised that my latest withdrawal is pending to a saved card I had with them which I used a lot but now no longer have and not to the card I made my last deposit with. No problem I thought – quick online chat or phone call and it will soon be resolved. Then discovered they don’t have phone or chat contact, only email which takes 72 hours to respond.
