Through our partnership with Prison Fellowship Kenya, we have been working diligently on resource mobilization, strategic communications, and advocacy to raise funds for the education and care of the often-forgotten and vulnerable children of incarcerated individuals.
Our initiative began with a comprehensive needs assessment, directly engaging with the children and their guardians to understand their specific challenges. This assessment was crucial in forming a detailed report, summarized into a compelling investment case for these children, highlighting the urgent need for support and the impactful difference your contributions can make.
The importance of this work cannot be overstated. These children are frequently overlooked, their needs unmet, contributing to a cycle of crime and poverty. By addressing their educational and emotional needs, we aim to break this cycle and offer them a brighter future.
